Okay, sorry about the big jump, but it's not as hard as it looks. I used a slightly lighter version of the dark colors, and added some highlighting, and an even lighter shade on top of that. Of course, I used the magic wand and freehand selection tools to keep the airbrush inside the lines... You Photoshop uzers might use a mask.
