 | This is the current level of progress as of 20021220:0719. The left arm is going to be completely redone, and the left boot needs some more work. Aside from that, nothing else will be changed, just added to. Bleah. So anyway, I built on the pose doodles I had done, and came up with this. Not much detail yet, but it's looking solid already. I'm working from memory of the BATs from the GI Joe cartoon, the new comic I bought for reference, and a few other shows. There's some Aliens and Full Metal Panic wrapped up in this, along with some US military. hehe... I'm still up in the air about the background and the placement of the Cobra insignia, but those can wait, even until I'm CGing it. They don't even need to be penciled, really. This is already kicking the shit out of my Cobra Commander pic. Jesus... |
